The Traffic Jack Show
To promote Pioneer's in-dash navigation system, the AVIC N-2, we created the fictional talk radio program, The Traffic Jack Show.
A billboard with a radio transmitter atop, capable of broadcasting to a five-mile radius, directs those stuck in traffic on the LIE in New York and the 405 in Los Angeles to tune into 1610 AM. Once there, drivers listened to the Traffic Jack Show on The Crawl, a radio station devoted to all things traffic, and sponsored entirely by Pioneer. We produced over an hour's worth of original programming featuring ridiculous traffic reports, insane callers, and the bizarre egos who populated the show.
